Account review and management
This page explains how personnel with operator privileges handle registrations and account lifecycle events.
Review registrations
- Open the operator console and complete operator step-up verification.
- Open Registration review and confirm the email address, display name, and submission status.
- Approve an account only when it complies with your service policy.
- If you reject it, explain the next step through the established support channel. Do not expose review details on public pages.
Approval moves the account into the sign-in or usable state defined by the current policy. Rejection does not replace password recovery, email verification, or access-control functions in the identity service.
Suspend and restore
Suspend accounts to address account risk or enforce service policy. Before acting, confirm that:
- The target account matches the ticket or audit record.
- You will not inadvertently affect an account responsible for operations.
- The user has an available support and recovery path.
Before restoring an account, confirm that the risk has been resolved. Suspension and restoration are auditable actions and must not be used to address a single failed generation.
Support boundaries
Operators may view necessary account status, but must not request user passwords, payment passwords, raw API keys, or complete payment credentials. For identity recovery, use the supported flow of the authentication service.
